1. About the App

Pascaline provides an EMI calculator and other financial, mathematical and everyday calculation tools. Features may include:

• EMI and reducing-balance loan calculations.
• Amortisation schedules and repayment charts.
• Loan-offer comparison estimates.
• Additional-payment and prepayment estimates.
• Interest, deposit, salary, tax and discount calculators.
• Age, date, bill-splitter and unit-conversion tools.
• Personalised result cards.
• Image and PDF generation, saving and sharing.

Available features may change as Pascaline is updated.

2. Calculation Estimates

Results may differ from the figures supplied by a bank, lender, employer, tax authority, merchant or other institution due to factors including:

• Different interest-calculation or rounding methods.
• Daily, monthly, flat-rate or reducing-balance methods.
• Processing fees, insurance, taxes and other charges.
• Advance EMI or broken-period interest.
• Variable interest rates or repayment dates.
• Institution-specific rules or regulatory changes.
• Incorrect, incomplete or outdated user input.

You should independently verify important figures with the relevant institution before relying on them.

3. No Financial, Tax or Legal Advice

Pascaline is a calculation utility. It does not provide financial, investment, credit, lending, tax, accounting or legal advice.

The App does not recommend a lender, loan, deposit, investment, repayment method or financial product.

Loan comparisons display mathematical estimates based on the information entered. They do not determine which offer is suitable, affordable or preferable for a particular person.

You remain solely responsible for your financial decisions and should seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.

4. User Inputs

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawful use of information entered into Pascaline.

You agree not to use the App to:

• Enter information you are not authorised to use.
• Create false, deceptive or misleading reports.
• Impersonate a bank, company, adviser or another person.
• Misrepresent an estimate as an official financial document.
• Violate privacy, intellectual-property or other legal rights.
• Engage in fraud, unlawful lending or deceptive sales activity.

5. Professional and Personalised Reports

Pascaline may permit users to add client, representative, organisation, address, contact and lender information to generated reports.

These features are provided solely to personalise and present calculation estimates. A generated report:

• Is not issued or approved by GoldLine Developers.
• Is not an official document of a bank or financial institution.
• Does not establish a lender-client, adviser-client or contractual relationship.
• Does not confirm eligibility, approval, interest rates or loan availability.

The person generating or sharing the report is responsible for its content, branding and lawful use.

6. Generated Images and PDF Files

Generated images and PDF files may contain calculation results and information entered by you.

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing generated files before saving or sharing them.
• Confirming that the information is correct.
• Protecting confidential or personal information.
• Choosing appropriate recipients and sharing services.
• Deleting files that are no longer required.

GoldLine Developers is not responsible for disclosure, alteration, loss or misuse of a file after it is exported or shared.

7. Free Features and Advertisements

Pascaline may provide free calculations supported by advertisements.

Certain actions, such as exporting or sharing a result, may require viewing a rewarded advertisement or may be subject to daily usage limits.

Advertisement availability is not guaranteed. An export or rewarded feature may be temporarily unavailable if:

• An advertisement cannot be loaded.
• The device is offline.
• The advertising provider restricts delivery.
• The daily usage limit has been reached.
• The feature is undergoing maintenance.

8. Demo Reports

Pascaline may permit users to generate demonstration reports containing a visible DEMO watermark.

Demo reports are provided only for evaluating the feature. You must not remove, conceal or misrepresent the DEMO watermark or use a demo report as an official or final client document.

9. Pro Purchase

Pascaline may offer a one-time Pro purchase that may unlock features such as:

• Advertisement-free use.
• Unlimited or increased exports.
• Personalised result cards.
• Professional EMI reports without a DEMO watermark.
• Other premium tools or templates.

Purchases made through Google Play are processed under Google Play’s payment terms, refund policies and account rules.

Pro access applies to the Google account and platform conditions supported by the App. The availability of restoration or transfer may depend on Google Play and the App version.

A purchase does not guarantee that every future feature will be included if the feature is separately identified as a different product or service.

10. Refunds

Refund requests for purchases processed through Google Play are subject to Google Play’s applicable refund policies and procedures.

GoldLine Developers may assist with technical purchase issues but cannot directly control or guarantee a refund processed by the platform.

11. Intellectual Property

Pascaline, its original design, branding, software, reports, templates, graphics and related materials are owned by or licensed to GoldLine Developers, except for third-party materials identified separately.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, sell, sublicense or redistribute the App.
• Reverse-engineer the App except where permitted by law.
• Remove GoldLine Developers or Pascaline branding unlawfully.
• Use App assets to create a misleading or competing product.
• Interfere with security, advertisements or purchase controls.

12. Third-Party Services

Pascaline may use or interact with third-party services, including:

• Google Play services.
• Google AdMob.
• Google Play Billing.
• Device file-storage and sharing services.
• Other apps selected by you for opening or sharing files.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. GoldLine Developers is not responsible for the availability, content or conduct of third-party services.

13. App Availability and Updates

We may update, add, modify, suspend or remove App features to:

• Improve functionality or security.
• Correct calculations or technical errors.
• Comply with laws or platform policies.
• Change advertising or purchase systems.
• Support new Android versions or devices.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of every feature, or compatibility with every device.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pascaline is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

GoldLine Developers does not guarantee that:

• Every calculation will match an institution’s official result.
• The App will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Every export, advertisement or purchase service will be available.
• The App will meet every individual or professional requirement.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoldLine Developers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or financial losses arising from:

• Reliance on an estimate or generated report.
• A financial, lending, tax or business decision.
• Incorrect or incomplete user input.
• Loss, disclosure or misuse of exported files.
• Third-party advertisements, services or platforms.
• App interruption, technical failure or data loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

16. Suspension or Termination

We may restrict access to the App or particular features if we reasonably believe the App is being used unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively or in violation of these Terms.

You may stop using Pascaline at any time by uninstalling the App.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms when features, laws, business practices or platform requirements change.

Updated Terms will be published with a revised effective date. Continued use of Pascaline after the effective date indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in the country where you reside.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
