1. About Pascaline

Pascaline is a calculator application that provides an EMI calculator and other financial, mathematical and everyday calculation tools. The App may allow users to generate, save and share calculation results as images or PDF documents.

Pascaline does not require users to create an account or sign in to use its calculator functions.

2. Information You Enter

Depending on the calculator or feature used, you may voluntarily enter information such as:

• Loan amount, interest rate, tenure and EMI dates.
• Deposit, salary, tax, discount or bill information.
• Dates used for age and date calculations.
• Currency and calculator preferences.
• Names or personalised messages used in result cards.
• Client, organisation, representative, address and contact details used in professional EMI reports.
• Alternative lender offers and additional-payment information used for comparison estimates.

This information is entered voluntarily and is used to perform calculations or create the result, image or PDF requested by you.

3. Local Processing and Storage

Calculator inputs and calculations are primarily processed on your device.

The App may store certain information locally, including:

• App preferences and settings.
• Selected currency or display preferences.
• Pro or feature-access status.
• Saved calculations or favourites, where enabled.
• Generated images and PDF documents.

Information contained in a generated result remains in the generated file until you delete that file from the App or your device.

4. Personal and Professional Report Details

Pascaline may allow you to enter client, representative, organisation or contact details for personalised or professional reports.

GoldLine Developers does not require this information for normal calculations. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary authority or permission to enter, use, save or share another person’s information.

You should not enter confidential, sensitive or unnecessary information into a report.

5. Generated Files and Sharing

Pascaline may create calculation images and EMI PDF reports. These files may contain the information you entered.

When you choose to share a file, the App uses your device’s standard sharing options. The selected third-party application or service will handle the file according to its own privacy policy and terms.

GoldLine Developers is not responsible for how a file is handled after you share, upload or send it through another service.

6. Advertising

The free version of Pascaline may display banner, interstitial or rewarded advertisements provided by Google AdMob or another advertising service.

Advertising providers may process information such as:

• Advertising identifiers.
• Device and operating-system information.
• Approximate location derived from network information.
• App interactions and advertisement activity.
• Diagnostic, fraud-prevention and performance information.

This information may be used to provide, measure, limit and improve advertisements, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable laws.

Where required, Pascaline may display a consent or privacy-choice message before personalised advertising is used.

Google’s handling of information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy .

7. App Performance and Diagnostics

The App, Google Play services or third-party service providers may process limited diagnostic information such as crash reports, device type, operating-system version, app version and performance data.

This information may be used to identify errors, improve reliability and protect the App from abuse or fraud.

8. Purchases

Pascaline may offer a one-time Pro purchase that removes advertisements and unlocks additional features.

Purchases made through the Android version of Pascaline are processed by Google Play. GoldLine Developers does not receive or store your complete payment-card or banking information.

The App may receive purchase-status information needed to unlock, verify or restore purchased features.

9. Device Access

Pascaline may request or use device capabilities necessary to:

• Save generated images and PDF files.
• Open or share generated files.
• Access the internet for advertisements and related services.

The exact permissions or system access used may depend on your Android version and the features available in the installed App version.

10. Information Sharing

GoldLine Developers does not sell calculator inputs or personal report details.

Information may be processed or shared only in limited circumstances, including:

• With advertising, analytics, diagnostics or platform providers that support App functionality.
• When you deliberately export or share a generated file.
• When required to comply with law, legal process or lawful government requests.
• To investigate fraud, misuse, security incidents or violations of applicable terms.

11. Data Retention and Deletion

Locally stored settings and files remain on your device until you delete them, clear the App’s data or uninstall the App.

Generated files that you copy or share outside Pascaline must be deleted from the relevant destination separately.

Because Pascaline does not currently require an account, there is generally no central Pascaline account record to delete.

12. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information handled by the App.

However, no device, electronic-storage system or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and for reviewing files before sharing them.

13. Children’s Privacy

Pascaline is a general utility application and is not specifically directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their country.

We do not knowingly request children to submit personal information through an account-registration service.

14. International Users

Pascaline may be available internationally. Third-party services used by the App may process information in countries other than the country in which you live, subject to their own policies and applicable legal safeguards.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Pascaline’s functionality, legal requirements or third-party services change.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after an update means the revised policy will apply from its effective date.
